Most agencies care about your diamonds; we care about your direction. Founder Jess (JackGirl) launched Empowering Sincerity in March 2025 after experiencing the “support gap” firsthand.

As a mother of three and a leader in her local school system, Jess built this agency to be a “drama-free zone” where authenticity isn’t just a buzzwordβ€”it’s the business model.

I’m the father of five amazing children, and that alone is my greatest title. My past hasn’t been perfectβ€”it’s been rocky, full of hard lessons, long days, and moments that tested me. But every challenge shaped who I am today. I come from a family business rooted in painting and construction, where I learned the value of honest work, showing up every day, and building something that lasts. Those trades didn’t just teach me how to work with my hands; they taught me responsibility, resilience, and pride in doing things the right way. Everything I’ve been through has led me here, standing stronger, wiser, and committed to being the best father and example I can be for my kids. What I’m building now isn’t just houses or projectsβ€”it’s a legacy of love, hard work, and family.
